Mindful and Meditative practice can bring us to advancing stages of consciousness.

So often we feel that the glimpses we get through blissful states or compassionate states, united states of consciousness are 'it', getting hooked on the emotional RUSH/ feeling and then slamming back into 'reality' with an awesome adrenaline rush which is always followed by a crash and longing to'get back' to that 'state'. We get hooked into the stories of 'wow' often blind to a magnificent process of expanding growth and simplicity. We hold onto those experiences and crave more while crashing back to 'reality' as it was because the habitual self is used to being 'here' not 'there'. This is how we set a 'goal' to 'bettering' self. What if that was nonsense? And what if those experiences were the gateway to LIVING in a new stage of consciousness? Sunday nights discussion is all about moving from experiencing states of consciousness to living through the stages of consciousness.
