The "Better You" Project highlights the journey of Rhea Brashear, founder and director of the Morningstar Montessori School.

Rhea is a wife and mother who has combined her faith with her passion for early childhood education to create a unique Christian preschool for children with special needs including autism and other developmental delays. Rhea is an advocate who is passionate in her commitment to children.

Rhea's school, Morningstar Montessori has begun it's fourth year of welcoming children into a classroom built upon the neurodevelopment aspects of growth and learning.

Morning Star Montessori combines the principals of Montessori education with the therapeutic approach of The HANDLE Institute^® to create an environment dedicated to helping children reach their greatest potential. Their school is the only one of is type in the Southeast.

They offer therapeutic educational environments for preschool aged children with developmental delays, autism/asperger's syndrome, sensory integration issues, speech delays, and attentional priority disorders.

Morningstar is a place that embraces children for who they are, a place that educates the whole child with an integrated therapeutic and classroom approach.
